Pietro Sella

Currently leading Sella, the Italian banking group, where I started as a cashier in 1994.
Sella family’s tradition of innovation dates back to 1570, when our first textile company was founded, and passed through the first industrial revolution with the establishment of the bank in 1886.

I am currently working to leverage the 4-centuries-long experience of my family in facing continuous challenges to seize the opportunities coming from the digital revolution. I’m working - we are working - to create teams of committed and talented people who share our vision made of tradition and continuous disruption, of trust and entrepreneurship. We are willing to open and innovate banking services and then create the financial ecosystem of the future, where people can achieve their ambitions.
